INGREDIENT: Cold micro-filtered North Atlantic Ocean Water from France (activity: 0.9% sodium chloride). Pharmaceutical Quality Purified Water.
DIRECTIONS: Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril, block the opposite nostril and inhale sharply for 3 seconds while pressing down the nozzle base flat part. Repeat as needed. Repeat for the other nostril. WASH NOZZLE WITH LUKEWARM WATER BEFORE STORING PRODUCT.
TO FLUSH AND IRRIGATE: Tilt head to the side over sink. Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril. Continuously press down the nozzle base flat part until liquid flows out the opposite nostril or comes out the throat. Repeat as needed. Repeat for the other nostril.
